The glasses looked as they did online except the silver detailing at the "cat eye" tips of the frames and on the temples was missing, which made the glasses look not as cute. If I ever have the time or inclination, I will try painting them in, but seeing as how these are costume glasses, I probably won't bother. Other than my disappointment with the cosmetic appearance, these glasses are pretty sturdy and should last if you plan to use them often. The size of these glasses would also fit tweens and teenagers well.
