We want to make sure that you receive the best possible quality on all our products. Please note the processing times above for your specific lens type, as you can see some lenses/combination lenses will take longer to make and process as the manufacturing is more complex.

Glasses are categorized as medical devices. As such, we follow stringent rules and regulations to ensure that they are tested to the upmost quality and safety to ensure you get the perfect pair of glasses.

We will endeavor to ship all orders on time, but there are occasions that this will not be the case. For example, the shipping may be delayed by a host of reasons, such as lens defects, postal strikes, public holidays etc.

If for any reason, our manufacturers’ processing time is delayed by 3 or more days, in excess of the timeframes mentioned above, please email us at service@mail-wherelight.com. We will look into this delay for you as soon as we can.

How do you handle shipping delays?
