| First, I ordered the wrong color so I thought I'd send them an email and see if there was any chance of swapping. I wouldn't have been heartbroken with the wrong color (blue) but I wanted to see if it were possible to get the ones i had my heart set on.. not only did I receive excellent customer service that was prompt and within a day of my sent message, but they swapped out my frames no problem! I love the style and fit and am very happy with them. The light tortoiseshell color is actually grey and black..not tan and black as the image shows but I would have loved either! I love the grey and think they fit well! This is my second pair of frames from wherelight and they do not disappoint! They do not feel or look cheap and the lenses are nice and clear. Love! (The other glasses I purchased were the LaDonna frames, also super cute) | ||
